Organic Baby Spinach

Tender young spinach leaves, triple-washed so it's ready straight out of the bag. Mild enough for a salad, sturdy enough to hold up in a hot pan. A couple of handfuls wilt down fast in a hot skillet with a little garlic and olive oil, so don't be shy about using more than you think you need.
