Produce ships within 24–48 hours of harvest from our partner farms, in insulated packaging that keeps cold items cold the whole way.
We'll swap it for a comparable item of equal or greater value, or leave it out and refund that item — whichever you prefer, set at checkout.
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal.
Anything tagged "Organic" meets certified organic standards. We also carry conventional staples we trust on quality and price, so not every item carries the badge.
Shipping
Orders over $50 ship free with carbon-neutral delivery. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Perishables (produce, dairy, bakery) are covered by our freshness guarantee instead — reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
